My name is Michelle Landriault, and I’m proud to be part of the outstanding team at United Country Real Estate | Market Realty. As a full-time real estate professional, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers with country homes, farm and ranch properties, acreage, rural land, horse properties, and residential real estate in Washington County and the surrounding communities. I’m passionate about helping people find the right home, land, or property where they can build a life, create memories, and enjoy the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed about.
I grew up in Cypress, Texas and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management. I spent nearly ten years in multifamily property management in the Houston area, which afforded me with the skills necessary to negotiate contracts, problem-solve resident concerns and provide professional service to clients.
After starting a family, I chose to stay home with my three children. During those years, I continued serving my community through my church, where I worked part-time for nine years as the Childcare Director and a MDO teacher. My love of children and education later led me to work as a Pre-K Paraprofessional in Cy-Fair ISD and, most recently, at Burton Elementary School. When I’m not assisting buyers and sellers, I enjoy traveling in our RV, watching my children’s sporting events/horse shows, listening to live music, gardening and hosting friends and family in our home.
My connection to Washington County runs deep. My husband’s family has owned property in the area for nearly 70 years, and we are blessed to be raising our own family here. Living in this area has given me a genuine appreciation for the rural lifestyle, agricultural heritage, beautiful countryside, and communities that make the Brazos Valley such a wonderful place to call home.
